Shipping Policy
Processing Time -
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays. Once your order is processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Method & Time -
We currently ship only within the United States using a standard service (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after leaving our facility. Please note that unexpected carrier delays, weather events, or holidays can affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs -

A flat shipping rate of $6 applies to all U.S. orders.

Free shipping on orders over $50.
Order Tracking-
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use it to follow the progress of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
Damaged or Lost Packages -
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please email us at Orders@casedesigns.shop with your order number and any relevant details. We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for returns, or may only be eligible for store credit (depending on your store’s policy).

Refunds/Store Credit
