Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for returns, or may only be eligible for store credit (depending on your store’s policy).
Return Process
• To initiate a return, please email us at [Your Contact Email] with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
• Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds/Store Credit
• Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify they meet the return criteria, we’ll process a refund or issue store credit within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If a refund is approved, the credit will be applied to the original payment method.
