Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for returns, or may only be eligible for store credit (depending on your store’s policy).
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [Your Contact Email] with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds/Store Credit
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify they meet the return criteria, we’ll process a refund or issue store credit within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the credit will be applied to the original payment method.
